CLARK COMPUTER CONSULTING INC. HAS BEEN IN THE COMPUTER CONSULTING REPAIR AND SERVICE BUSINESS FOR MANY YEARS. MOST OF MY CLIENTS ARE BUSINESSES THAT I'VE WORKED WITH FOR OVER 20 YEARS. I STILL ENJOY HELPING PEOPLE WITH COMPUTER ISSUES AS MY TIME ALLOWS. ALSO I HATE THROWING GOOD EQUIPMENT AWAY JUST BECAUSE IT'S USED. LET'S NOT WASTE THE EARTH'S RESOURCES. RECYCLE-REUSE-REPURPOSE.
Computers are a big part of my life, and I work with them non-stop. Save your time and money by using my experience. I can help guide you on what to buy and why, what programs perform what tasks and which ones perform it best. Then choose the hardware to purchase to perform those tasks and what really pushes the performance envelope. My time is limited as I don't have employees. In the past, I owned and operated a business with many employees, and now I find it far less stressful to work alone. Most of the time I work on computers to keep myself amused and keep my mind active. It's a hobby that at least somewhat pays for itself!
If you need a computer either a base system or a High-End Cad or Gaming machine I can get you set up. Most of my business is business to business jobs, but I end up with a lot of good used equipment. Once these machines are cleaned, and new OS's and hardware like new drives are installed. They're ready for re-use. I give away or pass thru at cost lot of systems to people who can't afford a new computer. And I recycle the parts on old systems that are past the re-use time. But I really hate to see high-end good stuff go to waste!
I'm using computers for video integration such as slide shows and video editing and am happy to share with you what programs I use and recommend for doing those tasks. Often I convert video into different formats for different media storage. Recently there are some very interesting AI apps that will actually improve the resolution and appearance of old video with easy to use tools. I can help you convert VHS to mp4 or other formats or help you find the most cost-effective way to do it yourself. Clark
PARTS AND SERVICE
I keep a good inventory of key equipment to keep businesses up and running. We all know that most needed parts can be delivered in a matter of days by Amazon or some other Internet supplier. So it is hardly worth stocking all kinds of parts like memory and hard drives since you can have them in day or two. There may still be some things you can't get that fast or they may not be available. Check with me I might have it in stock or know where to get it fastest.
OPEN MONDAY-FRIDAY CALL FOR AN APPOINTMENT
I'm In and out of the office on Service Calls in the area in the mornings most days. Then I'm usually back in the office by 3 to 4 pm and available to 6 or 7 pm. This is a Service business, so I'm often in the field. Call to schedule a time to drop your system by my office, and I will call when it's ready to be picked up. Payment is due on delivery or before ordering special non-stocked items.
KNOWLEDGEBASE
I have so many years of experience so I can save time by searching my knowledgebase of past jobs and solutions. We all search Google and can find various articles and potential solutions to our issues. However I'm constantly running into computer issues and have to try multiple solutions to resolve the issue. Once I find the working solution I make a tutorial of it and add it to my database of tutorials. When I see the same problem I can search my saved tutorial knowledgebase saving me time from going through multiple trial and errors again to find the working solution. There are a couple of great programs for searching through a folder or drive for a file. They are Everything search and Super Finder here are the links.
